• Just this week I took my phone back to the Best Buy where I bought the screen protector and they honored the warranty and replaced it for free after I had an accident.

• If the original purchase was installed at the store, and it really should be, the new screen protector will be installed when you take it to the store for replacement

• All I did was present it to the Best Buy CSR was she able to see that the cover was wearing. She applied the refund on the spot.
