• Yes geek squad charges to put on. Worth every penny to have put on verse the aggravation of bubbles. Stays on great and very good quality. Dropped iPad bunch of times and no cracks. I have brand new iPad and fits perfectly.

• No this does not fit the 9th generation iPad. Yes Geek squad charges a small install fee and I highly recommend you pay them to do it. It is not hard to do yourself but if you have any bubbles under the screen or some how mess up the install then you would have to purchase another on your dime where geek squad does these install more often and if they mess it up, then they just grab another off the shelf and start over or give you a refund if they dont have anymore.
