“I had mine replaced free about a month ago, it had a crack in the middle, didn’t think I dropped it... it cracked again today, I did drop my phone out of my purse this time...ugh Does the warranty cover another replacement?”

I was told unlimited replacement as long as I paid to have the Geek Squad do the initial install. I paid and had my information entered into the data base; however, that proved to be a lie as Best Buy refused my second replacement.

My understanding is that those have a life time guarantee - so try to replace it.

No...they will only replace their brand which I think is called invisible glass. Zagg makes you jumps through hoops to replace through their website. You will also need to pay for shipping and handling for the Zagg
