It's guarenteed for life. If it's the phone one just bring it to best buy and they will replace it free of charge. If it's for the ipad you register it and just inform the company and they will send you another one.

The replacement warranty really isn't worth the hassles of calling insignia to me because it was a lot of time and energy to just get an answer from them. If you really want a warranty just go with the warranty at Best buy if you really want it. Honestly for how cheap it is I wouldn't recommend the warranty bc all it does is sit and charge. There isn't much to worry about. Just make sure to keep it clear of other items or clutter near it bc it does heat up a little bit in order to charge your phone but not outrageously hot.

You have to sign up with ZAGG but after you verify your product you have purchased if your screen protector breaks you are able to return it to them for exchange of a new one. You pay shipping and they send you a new screen protector along with an envelope to return your old/broken one. You have options on “upgrading” your screen protector for a little extra as well.

This screen has a lifetime warranty. If you drop your cell and it breaks . Best Buy will replace for free. I happen to have a new one put on. And a month later dropped my cell. It 100% protected my cell. But the screen had a chip. Took to Best Buy and they looked up I had bought it there . Replaced for free. I asked if in the future I dropped my cell again. And the glass screen got a chip or noticeable scratch . If it would be replaced again for free. I was told yes. These are so great at cell protection.
