• You have to register online, and when, or if you damage the screen protector, you'll get a free replacement if it's for that particular phone... not a different one.

• When my screen protector was damaged my screen was immediately replaced in store which was nice, but none of the damage that was supposed to be avoided by using the product was repaired or covered financially. I got a free $20 product, but no help with the product that cost me hundreds of dollars. In the future I'll make my selections after reading the warranty, and what's actually covered a little better. And I'll avoid a product that does nothing but replace itself if it fails.
