• The screen protector is very thin, and doesn’t add to the thickness. I don’t believe it would hamper the use of any case.

• I think the size is wrong and since you are working with tempered glass, cutting it isn’t a option.

• Yes, this works well with the OtterBox Defender. I removed the flimsy screen protector that comes with the OtterBox Case and then apply the glass. The cover snaps perfectly on and you can't tell that there is a screen protector on it. The only down side is that it will NOT protect against fluids once you remove the film that comes with the OtterBox.
