The screen protector comes with an alignment tool that fits on the phone to get the screen protector pretty close to perfect position to install. If you follow the instructions you shouldn't need someone to install the screen protector

It's not hard to instal yourself once it touches the cell glass it starts to adhere, I pulled the wrong plastic cover the yellow one off the glass and had to realign the yellow tab holder that aligns it up with iPhone glass and I didn't get it exactly aligned and ended up covering the bottom button on the face of my cell but my bad and it's only a hair off. Not sure if I could have ripped it off and reset but probably would have not been a good idea. I would recommend doing yourself just make sure you pull the white tab not the yellow with two end tabs that place it on the cell glass. It looks good just not perfectly placed.
