• I haven't dropped it but my 3 year old uses my surface for coloring and movies. She carries it around so I'm sure she's dropped it a few times and the screen is still perfectly fine.

• The user hasn't dropped it on her nursing home floor yet but I was told that the screen, if cracked, would hold together. Whether the tablet still works (possible internal injuries) depends on what else was broken.
