yes it does. but I will warn you, it is extremely difficult to put on. I've out on several protectors on my phones, and this one hands down was the hardest.

Yes it fits perfectly! I would recommend having the best buy rep put it on for just 7.99 though because it is a pain to put on and they will keep doing it till your happy with it even as far as get another one if they damage it!
