I don't think so. I had BB put mine on for $7. If it ever lifts and needs replaced, I can get a free one and they will put it on for free.

It definitely isn't glass... or so I don't think it is. But You do apply some liquid before applying it. Hope that helps!

No, it doesn't appear to be liquid glass. I have liquid glass on my phone and this is way thinner and more flexible. I don't think the liquid glass would work on the gear fit 2 as it is curved.
