Mine just broke. It is necessary to register your purchase on the Zagg website. Once done you can click "warrany replacement" and they will send a new one. Shipping cost is (3.99) is the only charge. New one arrives in 3-5 days and you must return the broken one. I have successfully received two replacements. It works !

I would look at the Zagg website because I think if you register your product (privacy glass) with them and it breaks, they will send you a replacement at no charge. At least thats what they were doing with their Zagg Screen protectors. I would double check on the site just to be sure. If your actual phone is broken, not sure that they will help you with that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.make sure you registered your zagg shield on their website. They have a lifetime warranty and will send you a new one. As long as Best Buy installed the first one they will install it again once you get the new shield from Zagg.
