Yes. Easy to do online. You submit a picture of a cracked shield, proof of purchase, pay for postage and they send you a new one. Received very quickly! Very pleased with their process.

Yes, as long as it is registered on Zagg’s website not long after purchase. You have to go through the website for a replacement if it breaks or chips but you only have to pay shipping for the replacement (about $4-5).
