You need to receive the replacement via Zagg first ($5 shipping or so) but then the Best Buy employee will usually reinstall it for you! (I am a former employee of BB.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told lifetime warranty but you must register it. The best part of buying the screen protector is that they "installed " it on my phone perfectly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had to go to the ZAGG store to get it replaced, which they charge a $5.99 fee. All we had to do was bring in the phone with the cracked screen protector. It is definitely not free to replace the screen protector, even at the store. They do run out of replacement screen protectors frequently and there is often a line of people waiting to get screen protectors replaced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Register online at zagg.com/register. Follow the steps to register the product on screen. If you paid to get it installed and break it or it peels off it is free to reinstall. If not its $7.99 for a guaranteed install so you don't have to worry about it
