Take your iPhone and the cracked zagg screen protector in to your local Best Buy and they will swap it out for you and install the new one and they take care of sending the old one back, Zagg has lifetime warranty as long as you own that phone.... Because this just happened to me a couple weeks ago!

I took it to bb and verified that I bought it at the store via thru bb rewards member. They replaced but I had to pay the difference because it was slightly a different model of zagg ( they change after a year).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when you first buy it if you paid best buy to put it on all you have to do is bring the iphone to the store and they will put a new one in. DO NOT REMOVE PROTECTOR LET THEM DO IT. IF YOU DID NOT PAID BEST BUY TO PUT IT ON MAKE SURE YOU HAD THE PRODUCT REGISTER TROUGHT ZAGG AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A NEW ON, YOU HAVE TO SEND THE OLD ONE BACK. REMOVE AND PLACE IN A PIECE OF PAPER AND MAIL IT OUT. check out zagg's website for details. hope this info helps.
