Can we vent through filter only null

Hello, The Modena range hood can be setup so air is ducted out of the home or it can be converted to "recirculating mode" where air is not ducted out of the home and instead returns into the kitchen through "louvers" on the sides of the upper duct cover. For recirculating mode, you will need to purchase recirculating kit ZRC-00MO for the wall model or ZRC-00MD for the island model which includes charcoal filters and an air diverter plate. Thanks!
