Q: QuestionDo you have to purchase the two door handles separately? They are listed on the site as "key accessories" so I was confused about whether or not the refrigerator already has door handles and those are an upgrade or it comes without handles.

• A:Answer Hello, You can choose to display each color of light in two different modes: Display mode and Automatic Mode.* Display Mode: The internal lights will stay constantly illuminated whether the door is open or closed. Display Mode is a custom/user-defined function, not a regular day to day function. Automatic Mode: The internal lights will illuminate each time the door is opened and fade off once the door is closed. This feature is triggered by a sensor located on the front vent, this sensor allows the refrigerator to recognize when the door is open or closed. *The default mode is Automatic Mode. • A:Answer Not fully accessible unfortunately. The trays can be pulled out about 50%. When we checked on other Zephyr one, it did pulled out all the way and that's what we expected. It was unfortunate to find out.
