The base of this range hood measures 40" W x 27.5" D x 16.375" H and comes standard with two 16" telescoping chimney pieces, designed to fit most ceilings between 8 and 9 feet. For shorter ceilings, we also offer a short chimney kit that includes two 12" telescoping pieces. The part number for the short kit is SK-455/476/477/667/697. For optimal performance, we recommend mounting the base of the unit 30 to 36 inches above the cooking surface, then adjusting the chimney pieces to fit your ceiling height.
