Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it can stand the harsh environment. However, I purchased the product but returned it because the audio is not good for any environment. Your visitor cannot hear you unless they get their ears about 3 feet from the bell itself. I wish they would work on this issue. I opted to get a Ring doorbell instead even though it was almost double the price at least the audio is clear and loud enough for any environment. By the way, if you decide to go with Ring, make sure is the original and not the Ring 2.
