“I purchased the zmodo Pivot in last March. It worked well on several different networks. I again needed it and it doesn't work. The "update " will not download. I tried numerous times. Trying to contact Zmodo by phone is useless, as is the Pivot.”

Sorry for the inconvenience. The "update" require a strong wifi environment. If you are still not able to download the update within a decent environment, please contact [email protected] for replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry but your problems will not stop, this device is half baked at best. It's been out for 2 years and 95% of the features simply do not work and firmware updates won't fix it. The idea for it was great and it would be simply awesome if it delivered on that it promised on it was such a disappointment that I returned it within a week. If you are looking for a security product this is not it, this is more of a toy which barely works.
