At least this paper is white, not like Brother paper which is more like gray. So far no jams or problems. Doesn't seem to absorb moisture from the air like other papers do.

Had a bit of trouble locating paper I wanted but associate was happy to help. The store itself remained very organized & neat. Kudos to all employees that I enteracted with on my shopping day.

I do not have any problems with it. The print quality is great for regular, italics, bold, black, or color.
