I was happy all I needed was a new charger. This is the 2nd charger I have had to purchase since I bought my Surface-but worth it.

This plug allowed little itty bitty electrons to go from the wall and into my computer. It was like magic! Of course you'll have to take my word for it, because you can't really see those little itty bitty electrons and I have no way to prove that they got into my computer safely.

The charging on this for the laptop is great. it charges fast

Although only a simple piece of hardware, performs functions flawlessly. A little expensive given the cost of similar devices.

Great replacement for my lost charger. I was traveling and realized I lost my charger. I was able to order one. Pickup was very smooth and easy.

Overpriced, presumably because Surface owners don't have a choice. On the upside, I now have a cord for home and a cord for travel. The new cord is longer than the one that came with my surface on purchase. I would give 5 stars if the price were more reasonable.

Bought my Microsoft 65W Power Supply Cord for my Surface Pro 8. I have had this charging cord for over a year now and I managed to slightly freight a portion of the cord, however it still charges my laptop perfectly which is way more than I could say my apple charges did for me when I had a mac.

Not too much to say. It serves it's purpose of charging a Surface Pro. But I have issues with these chargers in generally which is why I deducted a star. I feel like I have to replace them more frequently than I should, especially considering how expensive they are.

The replacement will do the job because it's a Microsoft product.

If you have a Microsoft Surface Pro you are going to be using the charger quite often especially the older your device gets. The battery life on the table hybrid is not one of its strong points and it is a fortress to get into, so you're not going to be able to switchout the batteries without seriously damaging the device. The charger will fray over time and you will need a new one eventually. This one will work for sure on the surface pro 3 and 4, but you should be able to use it on most of the surface devices that use the proprietary surface connector, except for the surface book and the new surface laptop studio which uses more power.

I use this everyday. It does get a bit hot but has worked really well so far with heavy usage

Works with the latest surface devices. Bought as a back up when my stock charger died. No complaints yet, pretty much is what you get when you buy a surface device.

This was a lifesaver!!! Previous cord went out and this replacement has been awesome. The price is a little step but compared to having to buy another Surface Pro this was a great price.
