It works! I'm glad I could actually GO INSIDE the store to buy what i needed instead of risking buying something from Amazon and it not working. It was a bit pricey but hey, I didn't need to buy a new laptop...

I purchased this charger because it is the direct one that came with the surface laptop to begin with. It works very well and charges so quick. I did upgrade a little so it would though. Great buy! Thank you Microsoft and Best Buy!

Purchased to replace the cord I left at home, and now it travels with me everywhere. Compact and light. Priced higher than expected but I am really glad Best Buy carries this item.

Great spare charger for your Surface Book, Pro 4, or Pro 3 (doesn't work for Pro 1, Pro 2, or the regular Surface 1/2/3). Great quality and charges exactly how you would expect. The best thing about this charger is the extra powered USB port on the unit. It comes in handy when I travel and allows me to skip bringing other USB power bricks. I just charge my other devices directly off this. It wasn't required, but it's just a little thing that makes my life more convenient and shows that someone's thinking of ways to make simple things like this more helpful.

Love this charger, haven't had any prinlble s with it charging. Appears to be durable and not at all flimsy like others I've had in the past

Charger works perfect. I bought this charger to replace one that I received from my company that was not working; the one not working was because they had sent me the wrong charger. The sales rep at Best Buy directed me to purchase a different charger than I had received, which was exactly what I needed. No problems with charging, it charges quickly and the battery lasts long after being charged.

It worked fantastic it is as if the original was never misplaced or damaged. I highly recommend this item to all mictosoft users. If you ever need a replacement item for your computer or gaming console best buy is the best place to shop. Thank you very much Best Buy.

My original MS Surface charger was left behind after one end of week work travel trip. Shipping the original charger was going to take longer to arrive than the Surface had battery charge left. I purchased an open-box charger as the interim and future back-up/travel charger, but you would never know that the box had been opened! Just like new! Works beautifully. Works so well that the open-box is now my work station/permanent charger and when the original arrived, it is now the travel/back-up charger.

Works just like original. Pleased with purchase, although I think the price was a little steep.

Charges quickly but is expensive. Cost at Best Buy is consistent with other locations but it was more convenient to buy here than having to go to the MS Store.

I lost my charger for my Microsoft surface. I was pleased to find a good replacement. I then found the charger and Best Buy was good enough to give me a full refund. I particularly want to thank Uzi who facilitated my refund. It would be nice if employees at all stores were as helpful as she was

A little on the expensive side but a life saver and works well with my Surface Pro 4.

Great replacement power supply for my Surface Laptop

Simple but important purchase for my Microsoft Surface Pro. Power supply was in stock and priced reasonably. The most important part of the purchase was the Geek Squad's assistance in determining that the power supply needed replacing. Excellent service!

My original Microsoft Surface Pro 6 charger stopped working, and I needed a replacement asap. No time to wait for an online order. Thankfully, a nearby Best Buy had one available. It works well and charges faster than the original.

You can find similar chargers on other platforms, but nothing compares to the original. My computer charges faster and stays powered for longer, and it's the best price overall too.

Great charger since you can also charge your cell phone or Bluetooth headphones etc at the same time but con price is too high for this

Works as designed. Also need a spare just in case.

This charger is very well made, but expensive. It is part of the right pieces for this surface pro.
