Love it. It definitely still working. It can stay plug for 24hours with our over heating.

This product fits my Microsoft Laptop and charges as it is intended to perfectly.

I left my charger at a hotel and bought this one was a backup until I got my original one back. Works great, and now I have an extra one! A little bit pricey, but is a necessity for my Surface Pro 3 to work. Also charges my wife's Surface Pro 4.

I like the magnetic ability it's easy and fast. The size and weight is good easy to carry. The thing to be careful of is it's fragile. The magnetic can also draw other things to it. The price is expensive to replace and I had to buy at least 3 since I ad the computer.

Charger is great . But this is my second time i had to purchase . 3rd overall charger . It only lasts about 2 years . I feel its on the costly side for the time is goes bad. First charger came with computer second i purchased for 69$ third time just 4 weeks ago 79$. So 2020,2022,and now 2024

Great product. It’s from Microsoft so it works like it’s supposed to. Seems a little expensive but the cheap knockoffs usually don’t work worth of crap.

This wall charger is original equipment and performs as well as the original. However, since it is manufactured by Microsoft, it is far more expensive than aftermarket products.

Best Buy should tell you that the phones no longer come equipped with a charger so you can buy it at the same time!! Glad I got the extra 5 watts in charging though when I bought it.
