My 8 year old son loves it

It keeps him occupied while I work from home but it was starting to show its age. Minecraft didn’t run as smoothly on it as it once did. I upgraded his to the 6th gen at Christmas and we are both very pleased with the performance. Minecraft runs very smoothly on it with a render distance of 4 blocks and he no longer complains about responsiveness while the chunks are rendered.

iPad Mini 6th generation

Most of the differences are iOS differences because the older iPad was running iOS 15 . x.x. I really like the size of the mini. No Apple pen at this point but I may add it later. I use from HomeKit Matter.

The m1 is my daily driver for anything I don’t need a dedicated computer for, but the mini is delightful to have around the house or for ultra portable media consumption. I can’t find a complaint about it.

The Perfect Size

It's a lifesaver because I take a lot of notes and I have ideas that I need to jot down (I'm in marketing). This has not let me down yet. Plus it fits in my hand and it does not get uncomfortable after long use. I'm getting two more for my family but I would recommend getting the cellular version.
