Customers regard the Orion Spectrum G910 keyboard highly, praising its build quality, RGB backlighting, and satisfying key feel. Many appreciate the ease of use and extensive customization options, along with the positive comments on the software and lighting effects. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the wrist rest, finding it uncomfortable or poorly designed. The lack of a USB passthrough is another frequently cited drawback.

A good keyboard that is wrong for me.

It's hard to believe, and even harder to accept, that my trusty, noisy IBM PC keyboard has finally died on me after a long, faithful and uncomplaining service since 1985!
I searched, found and replaced the original IBM mechanical keyboard with this Logitech G910. It's reasonably priced and features a Windows key that I have denied myself for far too long.
It's a nice, well built product even if it sports tacky backlighting while lacking the familiar clackety sound on key presses. (Who needs the noise? I do. It keeps me company while I waste my life cruising Youtube far into the night.)
Alas, the overly-endowed Logitech sticks a bunch of special keys on the left edge. I keep hitting them while reaching for the Tab, Shift or Ctrl keys. I am too old and stubborn to adjust or relearn and so must regretfully return the item to Best Buy.
That said, this Logitech keyboard will serve you well if you are mentally more flexible than I am. And if you need those special keys for gaming. And if you don't mind the cheesy multi-color backlighting. And it you don't insist on noisy key presses.

Solid Board

This board is about as sturdy as they come, which you'll notice the first time you pick it up. No noticeable flex even while smashing the keyboard. The switches are very similar to Cherry MX Brown's but with a little softer landing, and slightly stiffer. Logitech's software can be a little finicky but overall definitely a board I would recommend.

Awesome keyboard. It does feel a little different than the mechanical keyboards I have tried in the store but I don't think that's a bad thing, being that it's Logitechs own switches. I love the possibilities for the color combos. I feel like I am also just scratching the surface of what this keyboard can do. The feel of it is great. Overall I am glad I bought this.

If Logitech is your preference for gaming hardware, this is an excellent keyboard with pro-level features at a mid-range price. It’s had tons of customizations and extra buttons for very flexible gameplay setups. I bought this for my daughter who is into a number of cooperative FPS games and she loves it.

My new Love

I had a G510S model finally start to go bad on me.....and panicked!! I loved it so much and could not find it available anymore. So, this was the next, wallet friendly replacement. It does not have the same quiet, smoothe keystroke action, however, I have gotten used to it and love it even more. (same features and an RGB pulsing lit keyboard display for far less of a dollar figure!)

I'm not really a big gamer, I just wanted a keyboard that had a great set of options and mechanics. This board definitely hit all my marks.

Forget about RGB, unless you're in this sort of things. This one is quality mechanical keyboard with precise and accurate keys. I really suggest you to take a look at it and play with it. travel time and softness for me is a big deal. Spent few minutes but get to bestbuy and try it. But if you looking to get quality keyboard with no time, look no more this is it.

G-Romer Keys Are Not My Favorite...

The keyboard is well-built and ergonomical. However, after typing on the G-Romer keys for a couple hours, I found myself much-preferring Cherry MX Browns, instead.

I originally looked at the Spark version of this keyboard which had odd shaped keys and a really big wrist rest on one side and decided I would never get used to it. The Spectrum is the same keyboard but with normal keys and normal wrist rest. The keyboard works great, only drawback is it requires software to memorize your light settings. I share the keyboard with a work laptop, which doesn't allow me to load the software, but this works great on my main PC, just wished it was able to retain settings in memory.

Wanted to see what the previous Logitech flagship gaming keyboard was like, so took a chance w/the price near half-off. Liked the solid build and the quiet keys (replaced a clicky blue-switch keyboard with this one). Takes a bit of time and practice to place it correctly on the desk to minimize typos but good to go once this is done.
I'm not a gamer but think the quick responsive keys would work well.

I have used a few mechanic keyboards before. This one is the most fancy one I have used. The modification over the previous version of G910 is welcome since it makes it more user friendly and practical. The keys feel comfortable and the lights can be programmed although I like them not too shiny especially when watching movies on my pc. Overall a very good keyboard.

Purchased to replace another keyboard. This unit has held up. The only drawback is the Logi app can be a problem. Feel for the gaming and animation use, it will last one season before our teen purchases another brand.

Its quieter than the mechanical blue switches I had so when I am on the phone during meetings I don't have to mute my phone. The keys are very responsive and the RGB controls are easy to use. It looks great. Also the built in profiles and G keys make it great for gaming. I got it on sale and so far its been a great deal.
