    Bought this item as a BRAND NEW IPAD PRO, and five days later it’s not working. Only used for about 3 days on off. Screen is completely black and won’t turn on. I’ve hard reset as instructed by apple and nothing. Yes it’s charged. Only thing that works is when I plug in the charger I hear the little noise that indicates it’s charging. I’ve tried every possible option I’ve found online and nothing. I know these things can sometimes happen but again the iPad is (supposedly) brand new and has only been used within a 3 day time span. RIDICULOUS. Returning now.
