Its all plastic . Holds maybe 4 cups not 5 . Feels very cheap for 155.00 . Do yourself a favor and check out Hamilton Beach . Wife likes Kerig. I call the money waste , you buy em because they dont last

Great purchase price and better quality than from other stores! Like the product is made specific fir cheaper store. I have bought several things from another particular store and within 1-6 months, they have all broke!!! I will purchase everything from Best Buy!! Even if product does break, atleast they replace it quickly and no questions asked!
