It has a relatively large reservoir compared to some other models. The coffee tastes good. However occasionally there is some leakage from the top where the k cup goes in, not sure if it is common to these types of machines. We got the machine at a deal, it doesn't worth the original price. The keurig models go on sale at different times, so just choose your model and keep an eye on its price.

She and my aunt could not get the water filter set up. She threw it all back in the box and now I use to at my house. I got water filter put together. It was kinda odd how you did it. You had to put it together with the filter at the bottom of the long plastic piece.

It works just like all other Keurig machines. Happy to see that there was even a gift card offer with the purchase of this item. So far I'm very pleased with the product.
