We decided to update to a new model and bought this one. We like all the options and love that it is still super easy to use.

So if you’re a regular coffee drinker, I highly suggest one. I actually got another because it wasn’t too big and it’s color matches it’s surroundings.

We replaced our old one with the same model because it gave out. We bought the old one brand new and it lasted about 8 years. On average, I would say that is pretty good.

I wish the water reservoir was bigger so it didn't have to be refilled so often. Also, I had to buy a new travel mug to fit under it. It would be nice if they made one that could fit taller travel mugs.

I got a great sale price. However, being a Total tech member to replace the item, it cost me the same price I paid out of pocket $60, even though i had $60 credit for the defective one. I would recommend. Maybe next time I'll call the company directly for a replacement.
