The first one that arrived was dead on arrival but I have to hand it to Best Buy's customer service. They easily helped me get this resolved. The freezer does what it should. All is operating correctly. Plenty of space.

Plugged it in and let it cool for a day. Set it to 0 deg. With a WiFi thermometer, it stays at that temp +- 3 degrees. I can see it run its defrost cycle every 2 days. Great freezer for the price.

Delivery and setup was on schedule, and removal of our old refrigerator went without any issues! We have had the freezer for over a month without any issues!!! We love it! Thank you BestBuy!

One of the best small freezers I have come across in 30 years . Quiet, Efficient and well designed. Rated as the lowest energy users for its group, $47/year. Must have good side clearance, as the heat dissipating coils are in the sides of the unit. Has front digital temperature readout and controls, no need to open the door to change temperatures or find out how cold the unit is.

We really like the glass shelves and the storage bins on the door. There is more room inside this freezer than we originally thought. Worked perfect out of the box and got down to freezing temperature very quickly. Placed in the garage for easy access. Upright freezers are hard to come by because of the pandemic and this one was available to order, which we received within a week. Curbside service was great!

works excellent, smaller than our last freezer, yet has more space

Really like our freezer. Keeps all the food frozen at zero degrees. My only concern is when opening the door you need to use two hands as the seal if very tight. I hope the seal lasts.

We've had this freezer for a couple of months now. It was simple for the delivery guys to install. No more defrosting the freezer. Works great and it will also convert to a refrigerator if we no longer need to use it as a freezer.

Just the right size for the garage, I'm using it as a freezer and I love everything about it.
