Have to keep tightening the ball joint as it comes loose just by extending he arm out. The remote wouldn’t stay connected to my phone either. Returned.

Doesnt do the job

Bought it just before a ski trip ....we tried our best to get it to work....it doesnt do the job. Even googled and youtubed for answes to get it to work. Had to return sadly.

Disappointing Bower Multipod

The selfie stick didn’t hold the weight of the iPhone 11 and the remote shutter release only worked a small period the time. Very disappointing especially since bought for photos in the Grand Canyon

Try to call them to bring to their attention that the remote control was missing but not one pick up the phone. I understand that we going through hard times but they should provide better remote service.

Waste of money

The second one was just as bad so it was also returned. Store. Gave me a hassle because it was over 15 days in the midst of a pandemic.

Flimsy and Not Sturdy
