The performed wonderfully. Then in Copenhagen my Chi went cold. I thought it was ruined but to my surprise the converter shut it down so it would not burn up. Have been home for two months and Chi is going strong. I used the converter to charge my IPad and IPhone. I also used it for powering my hairdryer.i give it an A+

Once there, figuring out which pin adapter to use was very obvious. The adapter performed flawlessly.
