This is a must have when traveling. The kit is great and has everything you need to stay charged in any country. I have purchased this same combo kit before, but my husband left it in one of the hotels by accident. I will hold on to this one and get him another one:).

Stay away from this product or else it would damage other device. I had a 3-month international trip across different countries and bought this product mainly for the converter feature. In Australia where I started my trip, the converter made scary noise and became super hot quickly after being plugged in. I used it with my blow dryer, and there was a loud pop noise with burnt smell. The plug of my $250 blow dryer got burnt inside and no longer worked. I lost the blow dryer I loved in the very beginning of my trip and traveled for 3 months with this useless product. After returning to the US, I tried to return the product but customer services was being ridiculous, claiming that the return window is only 15 days. For anyone who needs this product for international travel, avoid Best Buy because you cannot possibly test this product until when you are on trip your trip. If you find out that this product doesn't work when you are abroad, it's obviously too late for you to deal with any return or replacement.

This is a great adapter. Each outlet is labeled with according country. Used this is London, Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Kathmandu and Doha. Comes with a nice drawstring bag too

Life saver. I used to power a vaccum bot from. 220 v 50 hz supply. It worked :)

Came in handy during my overseas trip to South America. Will also use it on my next trip to Europe later this year.

took it to multiple middle eastern countries and felt safe for my devices and power adapters when i stuck it in a random wall. Nice baseline to work with until i had access to the the countries native power adapters/supplies

Very good all around adapter for traveling however might have been better just to get the adapter for the specific country visiting instead of whole kit.

I am sure this product would have been useful. However, I did not need it so I returned it.

I gave it a 5 star because I believe it will work for an upcoming River Cruise from Paris to Normandy. The Best Buy agent told my husband and I that we only needed 1 for our sleep apnea machines because it has multiple outlets on the charger so both of our machines can be connected and then plugged into the wall.

Is missing some adapters that would be useful to have, but otherwise works well and can handle a hair dryer which is handy. Why in the US would you need a US adapter?

Simple marked plugs for travel to UK and Germany. Easy to use with a transformer for US products.

I only had the chance to use 2 of the adapters and the converter. They performed very well. It is nice that the converter has two 110 outlets to accommodate two power cords at the same time. The instructions are not that easy to understand though.

Bought this for my father before his trip to Israel. He told me it worked great without any issues.
