The pedestals are very cheaply made, one of them was broken when we opened it, the screws attached to the front shell were broken off and the tracks didn't even let the drawer slide normally. We exchange it, waited forever for a new one and now this new one is broken, too and we are two weeks past the exchange window so we are stuck with a broken unit.

Wonderful concept, but cheaply made

Never have I had any so cheaply made! It has the sound and feel of thin aluminum. The drawers are wobbly and feel like they aren't going to take too much opening and closing. In fact, one arrived with a broken drawer and, of course, they're out of stock, so a replacement won't arrive for some time.

Leaked from day one

Waited 2 weeks for service and then had to wait for part. Part did not arrive when promised. Therefore it still hasn't been fixed. Water drips fast out of door when you open it. Continually fills drum after washers. Soaks clothes. I have to quickly take them out and put them in the dryer as soon as the wash is done. Otherwise you have to rinse every spin again. The softener doesn't always drain into the wash so therefore there's no softener. And the automatic soap dispenser doesn't always dispense soap. Making you have to rewash the loads all over again manually.
