Love that the ink lasts longer than a traditional ink cartridge! Prints nicely. Was disappointed it doesn’t have an automatic print on 2 sides option but it wasn’t hard to figure out how to do it.

The printer looked nice but I never was able to get it to work. When i got to the part where you install the cartridges, it kept failing the color cartridge. I reinstalled like a hundred times, turned it off and on, it just kept saying to reinstall the color cartridge . So i took it to the geek squad and found out that they do not do printers. So i was very upset about the whole ordeal. 1.never paid that much for a printer before. 2. Couldn’t get printer to work. 3. Geek squad was not helpful.

Prints good quality. Slower than advertised. Paper feed doesnt always work. OVERALL... too expensive for what you get

Works really good, easy to setup and comes with a 2 year supply of ink !

I love the quality of this printer and the price. I will get a lot more copies from this printer than my previous one.

No problems yet. I like seeing where my ink levels are and filling doesn’t make a mess at all.

I purchased a new printer because my old one did not print very clear and sharp. I was told this one does but it’s not that great of quality and when it’s printing objects, there’s lines in it. I tried to adjust that but it didn’t work. Then it wouldn’t print, and I had to play around with it to get it to work. I also prefer a drawer for my paper instead of how it loads from the back.

Great product that’s easy to use. Easy to replenish the ink

I like my new printer. It’s the right size and efficient. Only drawback is I wish it automatically printed on both sides without me having to reinsert copies.

This was a good choice to replace our 10 year old printer! The tank will be more cost effective than print cartridges. So far it has worked well with all our devices. Instructions for filling the tanks could have been a little more detailed as you have to push down pretty hard when putting ink into the tanks from the bottles. Very satisfied with the purchase.
