I thought about returning but I'm not that bothered by it I can hear it plenty well on 65. Don't let this disparage you. My daughter needed one a couple of weeks after I got mine and her insignia set works perfect it was a 5 star review.

It has a voice feature that guides you as to how to use the tv and if you make a mistake it tells you what to do..... You can also call Best Buy or Insignia for any additional assistance...

Insignia is getting better and better at making TVs. It feels like it doesn't weigh but a few pounds if you need to move it once in a while. The picture is very clear too.

It is not "smart" which is what I wanted to avoid. The picture is excellent and I'm extremely impressed by the sound quality! It is amazingly good even at the top of the range. I really was stunned by how good it is! This is an excellent buy and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Connected up a Roku box to use with the Xfinity app and it works great, decent picture and decent sound i would definitely buy again if I needed a small TV.

TV was perfect size-for the spare bedroom. Store was filled with people willing to help if needed. Check out was a breeze all in all a very pleasant visit. Being able to find what you wanted in the price range you needed is always a good thing I can always count on Best Buy for a great shopping experience.
