This item is plug and play very simple and works great

The charger works great and it has different fitting for different types of laptops/DVRs/NVRs or other devices. I would have given it a 5 star if the price was reasonable. Unfortunately it is priced at $64 which is a bit pricey for an aftermarket charger.

Great product. In store no waiting son picked it up at college easily adapted to his laptop with no issues.

Best Buy saved my life! I forgot to bring my laptop adapter as we were getting ready to head out on a cruise. I work while I travel and my laptop would not hold a charge for that long. I called Best Buy in Nashville and received excellent customer server. The young lady who was assisting me researched the adaptor I needed and promised that it would be compatible with my laptop. I placed the order, drove the 20 minutes to Best Buy and was able to pick it up. Saved my bacon! Thanks Best Buy!

It had everything I needed for my old Thinkpad. Works well. Not the fastest charger ever but that's partially due to my Thinkpad...

Love this. Between my husband and I, we have about 4 devices that we may need to pack with us. I was recently working in a remote place and realized I brought the wrong power cord. I was running low on battery and I had a meeting coming up. I ran across the street to bestbuy and bought this, it has a fit for all of our devices, so I only ever have to keep this cord in the electronics bag...! so perfect

This saved my life (my career) because I travel for work and I left my charger at home. This has every adapter you could possibly need. It also charges all my friends lap tops, even the apple ones.

Worked like a charm and should be good for other items if needed with all the different connections.

My previous charger to my 6 year old Acer was not working. The cord had been accidentally ripped out several times and was loosely fitting in the port. This resulted in the laptop not charging at all. The new Insigna charger was the answer. The Universal charger with the appropriate adaptor wasn't a tight fit, but started charing immediately. I left it alone for about 2 hours and it was 100%. Great solution.

Bought this for my husband’s computer after his cord got frayed and didn’t work anymore. It seems to do the job, but he has since broken the computer further so it’s kind of a moot point, but it did work.

The laptop charger worked as designed. I am very satisfied with it.

Product worked as described for my HP Elitebook 850 G7 laptop. Used the website on bestbuy to find the right connector tip "N29". It didn't have the G7 model, but it connected me with the right connector using the G4 model of the Elitebook 850. Here's the website for others to use: https://www.tipconfigurator.com/bestbuy/#/search No issues so far and it's charging as expected. Connector tip fits tight on the AC adapter and my laptop. Remember to check the power for your laptop before buying also. My laptop used 65W.

This universal charger is great and replace two chargers from two different laptops. I'm hoping it last longer than my original chargers. So far so good!
