My cord

Upon taking my iPad to BestBuy I learned that it’s not the battery,but where connection between cord and iPad. When looking at new iPad,there wasn’t anything in my price range( I am on fixed income and plus I need nothing more than a 10.2 64 GB I KEEP GOING ON the website and there is nothing but refurbished iPads. And when going on Apples website…I keep getting run around and they don’t even CALL ME BACK.I am extremely disappointed
