After about seven months of daily use, this only charges my phone if I have a certain side of the lightning cable facing up. If I have the lightning cable flipped over, it does not charge. While I still am able to charge my phone, it is very annoying because I now have to check the orientation of the cable to ensure my phone is actually charging.
