Then because I lost one of the receipts, your policy is that I could only get minimum price for the return. Overall very dissatisfied with my treatment.Lady at return counter had an attitude with me.

It was plugged into my iPad, and I placed the iPad on the mattress of my bed. I left the room, returned about 20 minutes later, went to plug the cable into an outlet, and I saw that the metal piece of the "lightning" end of the cable was bent. How did that happen!? I have no pets or children in the house. No one had been in the room. When I touched the bent metal piece, it detached from the cable. After 48 hours of ownership, I cannot use it at all.

Charger will go off/on again while plugged into phone. Highly, highly recommend looking for a different brand. Don’t waste 26$ on this.

I also hated the threaded cord it has no flex in it it almost reminds me of an old school pay phone cord. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone just pony up the extra dough for the name brand version.

I returned something and they never honored the gift card as far as returning product . So if there was a zero rating to pick from I would have picked ZERO . It initially shows that it is charging but if left over hours the item isn’t charged. Being aware of this I have plugged and unplugged from both the lightning and the USB-C ends. Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 tries to get the cable to work properly. Unreliable!
