Robert, manager of appliances at South Colorado Blvd store in Denver, acknowledged error and graciously agreed to pay for installation of microwave and trim kit. Very impressed

Don't know what went wrong but I did plug it in and followed the directions for transferring but the Macs used wifi instead of the cable. Not a big issue other than the transfer took longer and the cable wasn't cheap.
