Just barely started using it but seems really smooth. I didn't really even get that it has a touch screen which is a very useful feature for me.

Like being able to use either mouse or touch. Wish it had a player, but not a big deal. Overall, satisfied.

Light weight. It's perfect for what I need to do. I previously owned an Hp laptop and would continue to recommend their product.

So far I am extremely impressed with this laptop. I replaced a newer Lenovo with this and it outperforms the Lenovo in every aspect.

Well, when I needed to upgrade I went into the store and looked at what was on the shelves. This was the best option, I thought. Then after a couple of rounds with Geek Squad, turns out the HD on this computer has less usable memory than the one I replaced. soooo, I bought an off the shelf 1 T internal drive and had it installed to replace the 256 G original. Geek Squad was always helpful and final installation is fast, capacious, protected and, best I can tell, all works great. Final verdict, it works. Be sure and get mote memory than you think you need.

Bought this laptop for my kid's virtual classes and it serves its purpose. I don't know much about computers but it's fast and works great.

This laptop does the job if you’re not playing games with intense graphics. Great for work or general use. Touch screen is a nice feature.

Computer is super fast. When you type it seems very cheap. Touchscreen works well. I would not buy for my personal use but for an 11 year old it’s fine.

Bought this hp basically because most of the others were sold out. Hate the s mode but the geek squad will remove it for me. Fast and easy to use.

I love going to this store & they sell quality items. Ppl friendly but i. When you’re looking for a sales person, they either tell you to go to that Dept & I’ll meet you, they, (not all, run away or look like they are doing something important & say, (not all) oh I’ll get someone to help. Maybe they are looking for more help. I still go to the store but no with having done More research answer & questions. I’ll have to make sure during the holidays that there are enough help staff to be able to show & tell where items are.

I bought this to use while working remotely and it is great the numeric keypad makes work a lot faster and the touch screen is a bonus.
