Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything is fine , since I am using the laptop I didn’t find anything to complain about The only concern that I have is the renewal of the trend micro antivirus ,I don’t know yet how much it will be after 6 months and I can only protect 2 more devices, I have 3 cell phones at home. The protection is limited to only 3 devices.

This has worked so far except for 1 time it just shut down on her. Also while recording lessons the microphone was good from far but as she got closer to the laptop the microphone distorted her voice greatly. Other than that, it has served its purpose so far. Not a fantastic find, but not an awful mistake of a purchase either.

I wanted capability that was more than I currently needed to allow the normal growth in software needs over time. I think I nailed it for my needs. It is lighter than I expected, but sturdy. I'm apt to have this laptop for 3-4 years. My wife and I decided to share a laptop this time, so we have separate logins. Works like a charm for us.

I LOVE IT

Ive had it for almost a year now and its runs so nicely. I manily use it for designing on my cricut app, 3d printing app, and for word and excell documents. My favorite feature is the number keypad. The only thing I am not a fan of is where the CRT and FN button are on the left side od the keyboard. I wish i could flip the order they are in.
