The keyboard feel cheap. Because it's large, 15" form factor, they include a full numeric keypad which is nice. However, the touch pad is not in the right spot and I have to angle the laptop so the right side is farther from me in order to put my hands in the correct spots for typing. The worst issue we've had, and I now see it in one or two other reviews, is the wifi is flaky. I have three kids and two adults using the internet for school and work from home. All the other machines and devices in the house work fine, but this one will drop internet. Even a reboot won't fix it. Sometimes running the windows "trouble shooter" fixes it, other times, you have to turn it off for an extended period of time. It's not easy to reproduce the problem though, so I'm not optimistic about sending it in for warranty service. I had issues with an HP years ago and swore them off. Gave it another try due to the good specs and price, but I've now learned my lesson for good!
