Once in place it was an easy install/setup. We couldn't be happier with the purchase, delivery and follow-up.

Got the fridge then within 2 days freezer was not working. Lost about $200 in groceries. Ice maker did not work after 1 day. Contacted Best Buy and had a replacement within a few days The second fridge is working great so I have hreat hopes for this fridge

Really can't fit much - Shelves are not very adjustable in the main fridge section. We wanted to make one shelf extra tall to fit taller items such as a wine bottle, etc but not possible. - Freezer is nice that it has 2 sections because the pull out freezers can be difficult to organized, however the ice maker / drawers are just plastic and feel / look very flimsy and cheap. - Wish it was fingerprint resistant (it doesn't state that it is but feel like all new appliances should just have this feature)

We had a problem that our door to the deck opens in the kitchen and the door was touching the previous refrigerator. This new counter-depth design with french door is helping us open the door and having sleek kitchen. One more thing I would like to mention here is I tried to search similar designs in other brands however Samsung is the only which has this amazing model.
