I have it siting on a board on the right side, you cannot adjust the back wheels. For me I think the adjusting is defective. The product arrived with an extreme leaning towards the back. I mean extreme. I understand it should lean back but this is exteme.

We appreciate your patience in dealing with the situation you're having right now with your 17.5 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator with WiFi and Twin Cooling Plus® being difficult to level. Please know that we value your feedback, and we will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
For safety reasons, adjusting the front a little higher than the rear is a good thing but not to the extreme.

Plenty of space in the fridge for all our food. Freezer is a tad small for our family but we make it work pretty well. Overall awesome fridge.
