We were looking to upgrade from our old fridge so we could also have more space, thankfully we were able to find this fridge on deal for black Friday. It's very spacious on the inside and just does what we need it to since we don't have a water line we didn't need that.

We absolutely love this unit. We have no problems at all withi this unit. Enlugh space and easy to clean.

Freezer did not work properly, Defrosted, refroze, water all over the kitchen floor, huge chunks of ice. Samsung repair service worst ever. Finally returned it, after weeks of spoiled food and no communication between Samsung and local service "provider" who didn't show up for service appointment.

Fridge so far works perfectly needed a countersink and this is best choice
Overall space is ok but we knew that getting a countersink for the space we had

I took possession of this fridge March 31, 2021. It died June 13, 2021. Samsung's repair contractor has made me wait all day three times in a row and not shown up. They have claimed I made appointments I never made, denied I appointments I did make, and claimed I had appointments they never notified me of. They even notified me of an appointment ONE HOUR AFTER the appointment time had passed. Oh, it is pretty and quiet when it ran. I loved the LED lighting. And the fingerprint resistant finish. But, now I just hate it.

Item does not come ready-to-use. Instructions are paltry. Once you have figured out the "modes" that interfere with operation, be sure to download the app so you are informed that the door doesn't close on its own like all other refrigerators.

When the doors of your refrigerator do not close automatically, the fridge isn't level. If the front of the refrigerator is tilted forward, the doors won't stay closed. I have shared a Samsung link below that will help address your concern with the refrigerator.
