I love this refrigerator! We bought this for out in our garage as a second refrigerator. This is bigger than our fridge in the house bc the space can only fit a small 22 cubic feet fridge. So a family of four we needed more space. We had an old one in the garage but in the winter the freezer would not freeze. I know these are not made for outside in garage but we wanted bigger either way and found this one sale. So far i absolutely love this fridge. Its huge! And its freezing in the freezer. It has not been super cold in Louisville yet but it has been below freezing at night many time and the food has stayed frozen. I like the push button temperature controls and the option to turn off the icemaker is nice bc we dont have a water line in garage. Now it would have been nice if the delivery guys took all the wrap and foam off when they delivered it. They literally sat it and left it. But i guess i have to pay for installing it to have them unwrap it all. Very happy so far with this samsung refrigerator!

Sleek and roomy. Needed to replace an extra garage fridge that didnt need a bunch of extras, water/ice dispenser, filters, etc. One small drawback, the shelves do not adjust. Still great purchase.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator. I don’t often replace things before they are broken. But when my stove had to be replaced, I decided it was finally time to say goodbye to my yellow wing old refrigerator. It feels like I upgraded my whole kitchen, just by having this beautiful and very functional Refrigerator. I don’t like ice being on the outside of the door. It’s a very convenient Storage inside the freezer door. And I absolutely positively love Best Buy and I will not buy appliances anywhere else. I made a mistake with my first refrigerator purchase. I bought one with the freezer on the bottom . It was far too small for me. I did not like at all having to take everything out of the freezer to find what I was looking for. And I literally had to give away food and eat food because it was much smaller than my former freezer. This was completely my error. But Best Buy without a single question swapped it out for the one that I wanted.

Awesome fridge, just what I was looking for. No complaints

This refrigerator is sleek. I hadn't planned on buying a new one yet but my old Frigidaire was beginning to make strange noises. It's been a good one - 15 years. I saw this Samsung online but looked at others. It kept drawing me back. This refrigerator has everything you need. With 28 cu. ft. don't plan to run out of room. Four gallons of milk will fit comfortably on the top shelf with room to spare. Or put them in the door. The door compartments are amazing. They are deep and like a textured bottom to keep things from sliding. The outside shelf cover is tall. There are 2 drawers. One crisper and the other for whatever you want. This I don't like. I would have preferred two crispers. The freezer is very roomy as well. The door compartments are designed like the refrigerator section. The ice maker sits at the top and is not obtrusive at all. It's a freezer. The fact that there were no dispensers outside of the door was fabulous. They are a mess in my honest opinion. Fingerprints are minimal. Door opening placement is perfect hidden away. It cooled down quickly to transfer food. I haven't hooked up the WI-FI yet. Still debating. Temperature always a constant. For the price, I couldn't ask for a better refrigerator and great customer service getting it delivered.

The fridge is okay it gets the job done. The doors are a little wide and you have to open them all the way to fit something like a pizza box in it. The k my issue was with the delivery it was missing a foot and both Best Buy and the manager of the store didn’t give a care. I even purchased the extended care plan for 150$. Disappointed by the chico store manager she is rude and lazy.

Love our new Samsung fridge. This is our extra poolhouse fridge. Love all the extra space for drinks and food when entertaining and all the sauces and condiments that normally take up room in our indoor fridge.

Tons of room, the lighting in it is excellent shelving works perfect

This is the biggest fridge we've had to date and absolutely love it. So much room for activities! We prep a lot of meals, and can easily leave a week or more of them for 2 people in separate containers/shelves.

This is the absolute best refrigerator I have ever owned. It is very roomy in both the freezer side and the refrigerator side. It is well lite and easy to see every item. I really appreciate how quiet it runs. I never hear it at all. It was also a great value and very attractive. Also, doesn't show finger prints. I now have two of them. You won't be disappointed.

Loved it when I first got it. Had issues with frost build up but Samsung came through and fixed it. It's working fine now. I had a French door before and I really wanted simplicity...which I feel I did get, but I didn't know the freezer fed off cooling to the fridge part and anything you put at the bottom shelf freezes a little. I had to do rearranging in the fridge so my veggies stopped feeezing but its not a big deal. Overall I like it but didn't like that I have to jeep my veggies at the top...oh wells.

Love it. Just wish my hime was set up with convenience of water line.

Great customer service the person that helped us he is very nice and definitely a lot of patience.the fridge is dojng great! We got it with one missing container from the freezer and I haven’t had a chance to go back and get it was dealing with family at a time.

Arrived a week later than expected- leaving us without a fridge in our new home until arrival. Fridge works great and looks beautiful!

So far so good, had it installed in the garage: it is a backup fridge, no water supply.. had to return the first one, as seals were not working... but no problem with the second..
