This is the same range I purchased from Home Depot that failed within 3 months and was a real hassle with getting it fixed with 3 service calls and no success, resulting in getting money back so after time I decided to buy the same range from Best Buy due to Geek Squad

Can't review something I haven't received yet. Ordered the stove on 11/28/23 and was to be delivered 12/28/23 and was notified it would now not be delivered until 1/27/24. Highly disappointed as I had to wing it through the holidays.

Worst stove ever. We have had the worst lemon of an oven that I’ve ever had. We returned it after receiving it with the digital display not working. Received the next lemon. This one we have now replaced the gas starter on it 3 times!
Do not buy!

So far I like the range. Each of the 4 burners have different flame ranges which is nice. I have used the convection oven to bake sweet potatoes and I have used the dehydrator for mushrooms. I'm looking forward to using more features as time permits.

Customers please, please be careful that the purchase you are receiving is "brand new" if you ordered it brand new. Not open box not a returned item from a previous customer. I know this range had a previous owner because of the flaws. When we used it for the first time we smelled GAS and had to call the Wisc. Electric Company to come to my home. They immediately disconnected the range and told us not to use it. We were told to call Best Buy to replace the range. My concern was that we ordered a NEW RANGE! Why was it leaking dangerous gas fumes? If the order was for a new range it should have delivered as "NEW". I looked at the range more closely and noticed that the Air Fryer had stains on it!. This delivery was not new. Calls were made to Best Buy regarding this matter but my family was still inconvenienced for a week waiting for an exchange. BE very careful and check your purchase right away.
You can also call the manufacture to confirm if it was used or new. Hopefully that will be my only problem with this purchase.

gas knobs become loose and gas not shut downs stainless steel get scratch very easy

Worst quality I have ever seen in a Samsung the noob in the stove all of the them broke on the 3rd month and I visited Best Buy and they didn’t send me a new one.

I had 15 days to return this but missed it because I was on vacation. Only some of my numeric buttons and icon buttons work. The numbers 1, 4 and 7 seldom work some no baking at 400 degrees. Built in airfryer doesn't come on because the airfryer icon doesn't work. These problems occurred and are on going within 2 days of this range being delivered.

Grates are heavy to lift. Not easy to clean. The griddle with the middle burner is to small to use. I will be having a tech come out in 2 years to serviced. Will not by Samsung appliance again.

Had a really bad experience. My tenant is now asking me for a new range because this one doesn’t work. They sent someone to correct the problem and the technician told my tenant the stove was 8 years old. Now my tenant thinks I bought a used stove. I’m having to buy a new stove/range unnecessarily.

It’s nice looking range with air fryer. The price is good point. Delivery team was worst they started to pick fight and I had ask them leave the house otherwise I would call the cops on them.
