The surface heat up very quickly and the controls are very easy to use & understand. We haven’t had any issues with stains or scratches on the surface. Make sure you read the instructions and the proper care and you should be fine.

Burners are well regulated temperature wise and the top is easier to clean -and keep clean- than our previous stove. Oven temps are accurate. The "air fryer" is more of a convection oven, and it works very well. Especially good for roasting meats.

Works excellent, the range top is just as everyone else said. It marks up easily. But still functions great. I’m a total tech member and the installers for the second large appliance I have had could not install due to a ‘technicality’. So the product receives four and a half stars- Best Buy receives one.

I have used all of the features of this range and am pleased with everything it does. Do wish the griddle pockets were a little deeper to hold a little more grease, but the griddle heats up perfectly and cooks evenly! I love the way it "sings" to me instead of just one ding that I would miss most of the time.
